How to reboot your Yealink Phone

The steps below work on the following confirmed model phones.
T29G, T27G, T43U, T41S, T41P, T33G and T57W. Not the screens might look different on your phone, but the menus should be the same.

 

If you lose internet, your phone might not reconnect on its own. To resolve this issue you can try rebooting your phone. Please follow the steps below on how to reboot your phone.

Quick reboot. Press the button below the menu button to get to the next screen



Then on your number keypad, press 3 then 1 then 9, then you should be at the reboot screen



Press OK and the phone should reboot.

Step 1. Locate the Menu button on the screen.



Press the button below the menu button to get to the next screen

Then use the arrow keys to go down to 3. Settings then press OK or Enter or press the number 3 on your keypad

 

Then press Enter or OK on 1. Basic Settings or press the number 1 on your keypad


 Then press the up arrow twice on your phone to go to 9: Reboot then press the OK button or Enter or press the number 9 on your keypad


Then press the OK button on your phone when this screen comes up.



Then your phone will reboot. Depending on the model of your phone it will take anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes to come back up.
