What is VoIP?
In simple terms VoIP (Voice Over IP) is a service that runs over the internet. VoIP Phones are connected to the internet and you make your calls over the internet.
Your calls connect to a server then go out over the interweb and connect to the caller at the other end just like a normal call.

With most VoIP Services you will no longer have long distance charges. Depending on the package you get you will either have free Canada wide service or free North America service. With One2One Consulting, you get free long

Can you use your current phones to connect to any VoIP Service?
Yes and No. If you have some type of a VoIP Phone currently, you should be able to switch them over to any carrier. Some phones might require a software update to
get them to work.
If you have Nortel Digital Phones, there are some options that you can use to just install hardware where your current phone system is and connect it to the internet.

Can my team take their phones home with them and work remotely?
If you have a VoIP Phone. Yes, you can unplug the phone from your office and take it home and plug it into your home router and use it normally. There is no extra charge for this either,
the phones are programmed to work anywhere.
What is Hosted VoIP?
Hosted VoIP is where the phone system is hosted in the cloud. No phone system is installed at your office. Your phones will connect to our servers.

VoIP or SIP Trunks are used when you already have a VoIP System and you just need to switch to a new phone company
